SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS
CLIENT: Persons included in the reservation who are covered, said persons must be registered on the microsite.
DESIGNATED INSURED: The persons included in the reservation must establish the Insured and designated beneficiaries on the microsite.

1. Travel Cancellation, Hotel Costs.
This service is valid from the date of contracting the product specified in the Certificate (see Annex 1) and ends the moment travel begins.
The cover will only be valid if the product is contracted and paid for at the same time as travel is paid for or the first instalment of same.
For hotel costs, the maximum sum insured will be $ 3,000 USD per reservation.
MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will return the amounts that are not reimbursable of the cost paid by the Client corresponding to accommodation,
provided that the travel is cancelled before initiated, exclusively for one of the following causes that arises after contracting the product
and that prevents travel from taking place on the specified dates, and up to the limits established for this service.
Cancellation applies exclusively in the case of death or serious illness followed by admission to hospital, of the passengers or first degree
blood relatives. For the purposes of applying the cancellation, the Client must present the invoice or receipt for accommodation reservation
costs purchased for the duration of the reservation. If there is no corresponding invoice and/or receipt, the cancellation will not apply.
Serious illness is understood to mean a health alteration that was not pre-existing requiring hospitalisation and which, in the opinion of
the Assistance Centre's Medical Department, makes it impossible for the Client to start the journey on the date established in the contracted
Card.

2. Emergency medical assistance due to accident and illness.
In case of acute and sudden illness of any Client, arising during the period of travel,MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will take charge of the costs of
ambulance, hospitalisation, surgical interventions, medical fees, nursing care and pharmaceutical products prescribed by the attending
Doctor to achieve the Client's stabilisation; up to the limit established in accordance with the product and described in the Certificate (see
Annex 1), which amounts to 6,000 USD.
In the two previous cases, MÉXICO ASISTENCIA's medical team will keep in permanent contact in situ or over the phone as necessary with the centre and with the Doctors attending to the Client and MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will supervise that the medical assistance is appropriate.
MÉXICO ASISTENCIA's medical team will give the Client emergency medical attention at the place where the Client is located and will transfer the Client to the nearest Hospital, Medical Centre, Clinic or Doctor's Oce capable of attending to the Client as appropriate for
the emergency.
Medical and hospital exclusions:
Any services and medical expenses for accidents that are provided by third persons not forming part of the MÉXICO ASISTENCIA medical
team are expressly excluded as well as all those services that do not involve a palliative, initial and emergency treatment of the medical
crisis suffered by the Client at the place where the Client is located, in addition to:

- Pre-existing, congenital and/or recurrent illnesses, whether known or not by the Client, along with the aggravation and
consequences of same. These will be determined by the company's medical department.
- Assistance in relation to illnesses or pathological states caused by the voluntary ingestion of alcohol, drugs, toxic substances,
narcotics or medicines acquired without a medical prescription.
- Conditions, injuries and their consequences or complications resulting from treatments and care not provided by professionals
not belonging to the company's medical team.
- Routine monitoring of pregnancy, labour, complication of same or voluntary
interruption of pregnancy, whether the pregnancy occurs during travel or whether it
was prior to the start of same.
- Any implant, replacement and/or repair of orthopaedic devices, hearing aids, lenses,
contact lenses.
- Transplants of any type of organ or tissue.
- Mental illnesses, psychiatric disorders, depressions or any type of mental or nervous
disease.
- Medical assistance in hospital if the medical expense is incurred against the opinion
of a doctor.
- Routine medical check-ups or examinations.
- Cosmetic treatments, aesthetic or reconstructive surgery, or weight reduction treatments.
- Rehabilitation treatments or physical recovery therapies that are not caused by an
accident covered during travel, and which is not as established in the Certificate.
- All types of endemic and/or epidemic diseases, including AIDS, HIV, and sexually
transmitted diseases (STDs).
- High blood pressure and all consequences and results of same, including blood
pressure controls.
- Infectious diseases, such as sleeping sickness, malaria, yellow fever, and in general
diseases of any nature, fainting, stroke, apoplexy, epilepsy or epilepsy-like
conditions.
- Injuries resulting from intentional actions, whether through aggression against
oneself or by inciting third parties to commit such actions against the Client.
- Injuries resulting from practising high risk sports not covered.
- Injuries caused by direct or indirect participation in demonstrations and/or protests.
- Injuries that are the consequence of surgical interventions or medical treatment
caused by an accident not covered by the certificate.
- Accidents legally considered to be occupational or labour-related, resulting from the
risks inherent to the Client's occupation.

3. Accidental Death.
If as a consequence of an accident suffered by the designated Insured and within the ninety calendar days following the date of same death
were to occur, the Insurance Company will pay the designated beneficiaries or, in the absence of same, the Insured's legal heirs, the amount
of the contracted sum insured of up to 2,000 USD.The requirements for claiming this cover are:
- Loss reimbursement claim form.
- Accident or illness report.
- Medical report.
- Proof of address.
- Of the deceased.
- Original or certified copy of the death certificate.
- Original or certified copy of the birth certificate.
- Original or certified copy of the offcial identity document (if the Insured is of legal age).
- Regarding the beneficiaries:
- Original or certified copy of the marriage certificate if married.
- Original or certified copy of the birth certificate.
- Original or certified copy of the official identity document (if the beneficiary is of legal age).
- Original or certified copy of the death certificate of deceased beneficiaries if applicable.
- Original of the full proceedings of the Public Prosecutor..
- Consent form naming the beneficiaries or application with named beneficiaries. If no
designation of beneficiaries has been made, the Insured's legal heirs will be paid to which
effect a certified copy of the will or outcome of succession proceedings will be necessary.
- Client identification and acceptance form against money laundering and copy of the offcial
identity document featuring the photograph, address and signature of the bearer.

If the Insured is aged less than 12, instead of granting indemnity for Accidental Death, the Insurance Company will reimburse to the designated
beneficiaries, or in the absence of same, the Insured's legal heirs, the costs related directly to the burial up to the sum insured stipulated
on the policy's face sheet, which under no circumstances may exceed 60 SMGMVDF (General Minimum Monthly Wage in Force in the
Federal District), to whoever can accredit having incurred said expenses.
Costs directly related to the burial will be reimbursed in the amount specified in the invoice(s) presented which in no case will be
greater than the contracted sum insured. Coverage will only apply to the costs incurred for administrative services, coffin, embalming, cremation, wake and transfer of the deceased.

The requirements for claiming reimbursement of burial costs are:
- Letter of claim including number of the policy that was valid when the burial cost was incurred.
- Loss reimbursement claim form.
- Accidentorillnessreport.
- Proof of address.
- Regarding the deceased:
- Original or certified copy of the death certificate.
- Original or certified copy of the birth certificate.
- Original or certified copy of the official identity document (if the Insured is of legal age).
- Regarding the beneficiaries:
- Original or certified copy of the marriage certificate if married.
- Originalorcertifiedcopyofthebirthcertificate.
- Original or certified copy of the official identity document (if the beneficiary is of legal age).
- Original or certified copy of the death certificate of deceased beneficiaries if applicable.
- Original invoice(s) for burial costs that comply with current tax requirements containing:
- Beneficiary name.
- Federal Taxpayer Registry Number (Tax ID).
- Folio number.
- Client identification and acceptance form against money laundering and copy of the official identity document featuring the
photograph, address and signature of the bearer.

4. Emergency Medical Transfer.
If in the course of travel and while the certificate is valid, the Client suffers an acute and sudden illness or accident that gives rise to a critical
medical condition MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will coordinate and provide the services of medical transportation of the Client to the nearest and
most appropriate hospital centre.
The above may be from the place where the Client is located at the time the emergency arises or the transfer from one hospital to another
if the place of hospitalisation is not the most appropriate, in the opinion of the Doctor providing treatment, based on the nature of the
injuries or illness.
MÉXICO ASISTENCIA, through their medical team, will decide which medical centre the Client will be transferred to based on the situation
or severity presented and the most appropriate means of transport. This service will be subject to the maximum limit established for all
items in accordance with the product specified in the Certificate, up to an amount of 6,000 USD.
5. Emergency Dental Assistance.
MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will provide through their medical team, the palliative, initial and urgent dental care that the Client may require in
the event of critical dental problems or accident requiring emergency care, while the Client is travelling. The amount for this benefit has a
maximum limit established according to the product specified in the Certificate (see Annex 1), of up to 300 USD. These services are subject
to treatments for pain, infection and extraction of teeth that require palliative, initial and urgent treatment.
6. Outpatient Medicines.
In case of sudden and acute illness or accident of the Client that is covered and provided that the legal and trade provisions of the place
where the Client is located allow it, MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will send the pharmaceutical products prescribed by the attending Doctor while
the Client is travelling and the certificate is valid; and which are directly related with the pathology that has given rise to the assistance,
whether as an outpatient or inpatient. The amount of this benefit is subject to a maximum limit established according to the product specified
in the Certificate (see Annex 1), of up to 200 USD.
7. Funeral Transfer or Repatriation to the place of origin or usual place of residence.
In case of death of the designated Insured, MÉXICO
ASISTENCIA will carry out all of the corresponding procedures and transfer or repatriate the mortal remains to the nearest airport to the
usual place of residence. These services do not include funeral services, or costs related to burial, cremation, wake or other funeral ceremonies.
These services will be subject to the laws and policies applicable in the respective Country or Countries and subject to a limit of 3,000
USD per service.

8. Mediphone, Medical References.
This service provides medical guidance over the phone and immediate medical references, without issuing a diagnosis or medical
treatment or prescribing medicines and will not be subject to any limit in the number of calls or enquiries.
- Medical Guidance over the Phone.- at the Client's request, México Asistencia will provide Guidance in relation to:
- Adverse reactions to medicines.
- Side effects.
- Contraindications.
- Childcare and Mother-Child Guidance. Hygiene and dietary recommendations.
- Advice on drug dependency
- Enquiries regarding the evaluation of different treatments.
- Evaluation of the need for specialist consultation. Connection with medical urgency and emergency services.
- Connection with medical urgency and emergency services.
- First aid guidance.
- Medical references for Clinics and Hospitals.- at the Client's request, México Asistencia will provide references for clinics and
hospitals of our medical network.
9. Legal Assistance.
In the case of an unexpected legal problem arising, MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will arrange for the services of a Lawyer; it is established that the
Client is responsible for contracting the lawyer's professional services and for paying all fees and expenses generated by the case, as
indicated in the contracted product, the limits of which are specified in Annex 1. At the Client's request the service of sending a lawyer will
be provided.

11. Advance of funds in case of emergency.
In case of a justified emergency and subject to the availability of MÉXICO ASISTENCIA, the Client may request a sum of cash to be sent
adequate for the emergency that has arisen, sent from a relative or acquaintance of the Client, up to the maximum limit per journey that
corresponds to the specified product, provided that MÉXICO ASISTENCIA receives the full amount, before effecting the transfer, in the
maximum amount of up to 10,000 USD
12. Travel companion service for Minors.
If due to an acute and sudden illness or accident or transfer of the Client, minors aged under sixteen travelling with the Client are left
unattended and are not able to continue their travel, MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will arrange for their return to their usual place of residence or
to the established place of return by the original means of transport.
13. Help in Case of Loss of Documents / Bank Cards.
If the Client were to suffer the loss of passport or bank cards during the journey, MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will offer advice on the necessary
procedures and requirements to replace or obtain said documents.
14. Urgent message transmission.
MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will take charge of delivering all urgent and justified messages of Clients related to any of the events covered with
the benefits of this modality.
15. Accommodation for a family member in case of emergency.
In case of death of the Client or in case of the Client's hospitalisation due to sudden and acute illness or accident requiring more than five
days in hospital, MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will provide accommodation services for their companion. This service will be subject to the
maximum amount indicated in the product specified on the Certificate (see Annex 1) of up to 500 USD. MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will not pay
any additional expense to the cost of the relative's accommodation, such as: alcoholic beverages, laundry, food and extra services.
16. Hotel Costs for convalescence in case of Emergency.
MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will provide accommodation services for convalescence of the Client, when as a result of sudden and acute illness
or accident, the Client has remained in hospital and requires an extension of stay by prescription of the treating doctor; and same has been
accepted and authorised by the medical team of MÉXICO ASISTENCIA. This service will be subject to a maximum amount determined by
the product specified in the Certificate (see Annex 1), of up to 500 USD. MÉXICO ASISTENCIA will not pay any additional cost to the
accommodation cost for convalescence, such as: alcoholic beverages, laundry, food and extra services.
17. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
DEFINITION
Handling the sending of authorised personnel to attend to minor problems that prevent the
vehicle from functioning autonomously.
GLOSSARY
Beneficiary: Private individual who by contract is entitled to the service inherent to this product.
Vehicle: Motorised device for the transport of people and/or cargo. This category would include Motorcycles, cars, and cargo transport, whether with a combustion, electric or hybrid engine.
Minor problems: Defined as events in which the vehicle runs out of fuel, suffers damage to the tyres, or a discharged battery, causing the vehicle to be unable to function autonomously
but which does not require towing of the vehicle as it is possible to resolve the situation in situ.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE / COVER
If required by the beneficiary, authorised personnel will be sent to provide the following services:
- Tyre change: In case of a punctured tyre that prevents the vehicle from functioning autonomously. The beneficiary must have the spare tyre, and the safety wheel nut.
- Battery charging: In case lack of current problems prevent the vehicle from functioning autonomously.
LIMITS:
Said service will be provided at no cost to the Client, with a limit of 1 event for Tyre Change and 1 event for Battery Charge.
DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE:
The Client will ALWAYS be covered when on National Territory.

- As of KM 30 from entering National Territory by road*
* In both cases until 24 hours before the start of the contracted cover provided that it is within the Tolerance level with respect to the Check In or Check Out time from the VIDANTA

CONDITIONS OF OPERATION AND/OR CLAIMS
- The beneficiary must remain next to the vehicle at all times.
- Service will only be provided in zones of easy access.
- To be able to provide the service, the client must have the spare tyre and the safety
EXCLUSIONS FROM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:
- Public transport vehicles.
- Goods transport vehicles.
- Vehicles weighing more than 3,500 kilograms..
- Vehicles with modifications of any type, different to the original manufacture, if this should directly affect the breakdown.
- For the battery charging service, hybrid and electric vehicles are excluded.
- In case of accident.
- When the User is not at the place of the events.
- Any intentional damage.
- Vehicles involved in criminal acts.
- When the breakdown is caused by maintenance tasks, servicing or repairs to the vehicle performed by an unauthorised distributor.
- Occurring with malice or bad faith on the part of the beneficiary.
- For weather phenomena of an extraordinary nature, such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions or cyclones.
- For events and/or actions deriving from terrorism, riots or popular uprisings.
- For events and/or actions of the armed forces or security forces or bodies, even if conducted in times of peace.
- As a result of events related to radioactive energy.
- Through poor use or undue use of the vehicle without the beneficiary's consent, as in the case of robbery or abuse of trust.

18. TYRE PROTECTION
DEFINITION OF THE TYRE PROTECTION PRODUCT.
In the case of damage or breakage of one of the tyres of the beneficiary's vehicle Mapfre Asistencia will coordinate reimbursement of the cost of the tyre up to the limit established in point 12 of these conditions.
GLOSSARY
Tyre: Hard rubber cover placed on the wheel rim of certain vehicles, such as cars and filled with pressurised air; constitutes the part of the vehicle that is in contact with the ground and that serves as the tread.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE / COVER.
Repair and/or replacement will be covered for damage suffered by one of the tyres installed on the vehicle as a consequence of accidental damage, such as a puncture, impact or damage from sharp objects on the road to tyres aged up to 24 months, under the reimbursement modality up to the maximum limit of 100 USD included for this cover.
LIMITS:
The cover will be provided for 1 tyre only up to 100 USD.
DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE:The Client will ALWAYS be covered when on National Territory.
- As of KM 50 from their National place of origin* or,
- As of KM 30 from entry by road into National Territory*
* In both cases until 24 hours before the start of the contracted cover, provided that it is within the Tolerance level with respect to the Check In or Check Out time from the VIDANTA development and the return journey to the place of residence has not concluded.
BENEFICIARIES: Holder registered in the purchase of the Assistance
CONDITIONS OF OPERATION AND/OR CLAIM. - The Holder and/or Beneficiary will call 51693798 and 01 8008906097 immediately, as soon as the event occurs to be able to present the claim, otherwise if not reported the coverage and/or requested service will not apply.
- The Holder and/or Beneficiary will be identified by means of their VIDANTA certificate number.
- In case of Loss, the procedure must be:
- Contact Mapfre Asistencia to report the event.
- Send the following evidence for the decision.
- Mapfre Asistencia will reach a decision and notify the Client.
- In case of a favourable decision, reimbursement will proceed in the following steps:

IMPORTANT: Invoices issued after 1 July 2012 must necessarily include the following
data requested by the SHCP:

- Taxation System: Provided by the supplier that issues the invoice
- Place and date of issue.
It is essential for both files to be sent (.pdf and .xml) provided by the supplier that issues the invoice.
- Copy of the insurance policy or vehicle's ID card (in the case of carmakers).
- Copy of the Official Identification Document including a photograph (INE in the case
of Mexican nationality, Passport, Driver's Licence), of the holder.
- Letter of Application: which must contain the following characteristics:
General details of the User or Beneficiary (name, address, telephone number, email address).
Report number provided by Mapfre Asistencia.Date of the service.
- Copy of the Payment Beneficiary's Bank Statement.
- The required documents must be sent as an attachment (no online mailboxes) and digitalised (no photographs).
To adequately handle all requests, it is obligatory to send all listed documents, once they have been received in full, the processing period will be from 5 to 8 working days.
Payments will only be made by electronic transfer, to which effect we require you provide us with your account number and Interbank CLABE with the swift number of the policyholder or service holder, and the company will make the transfer of money
without assuming liability for any additional charges generated by the account.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE TYRE PROTECTION PRODUCT:
- Damage caused to the tyre by incorrect alignment or balancing or because the insured ·vehicle's steering system or suspension is in poor condition.
- Damage caused by fire or robbery, or attempted robbery, or a car accident.
- Damage caused to the tyre by vandalism.
- Damage caused to the tyre by any damage caused before the effective date of this cover or by manufacturing defect.
- Damage caused to the tyre in the event that the vehicle has been used following an initial breakdown, irrespective of whether said damage was covered.
- Damage caused to the tyre if the tyre's expiry date specified by the manufacturer is exceeded, and up to a maximum of 2 years.
- Damage caused to the tyre by normal wear, including irregular wear of the tyres and lack of maintenance.
- Damage caused to the tyre by travelling off-road or when roads are in an impassable state.
- Repair or replacement of tyres designed to travel specially off-road or in the snow.
- Repair or replacement of tyres with a replaced tread.
- Repair or replacement of tyres with wear of equal to or more than 75% of their useful life.
- Damage caused to the spare tyre (in case of it being smaller than regular use tyres) when the maximum limit for road use determined by the manufacturer is exceeded.
- At the same time, this cover is not granted for the following vehicles: Cargo and/or public service vehicles and/or vehicles used for emergency services, or in the case of buses, collective taxis, fleets, rented cars, driving school cars, motorcycles or vehicles used for speed and/or resistance trials.
The cost of installation, alignment, and balancing is not covered.
19. SENDING OF A TOW VEHICLE
DEFINITION OF THE TOW VEHICLE SERVICE
Arranging for the towing or transport service to move the vehicle because it cannot function
autonomously.
GLOSSARY
Breakdown: Damage, breakage or fortuitous deterioration that prevents the vehicle from functioning autonomously.
Accident: A violent, sudden, external and involuntary event that causes damage to the vehicle(s) covered by this assistance.
Towing: Action and effect of one vehicle carrying or leading another by road.
Tow vehicle: Vehicle provided with a lifting or pulling system, intended to transport one or more vehicles.
Platform: Tow truck with a steel bed for transporting vehicles on said bed, usually equipped with steel cables and elements used to secure the vehicle to be transported.
Vehicle: Motorised device for the transport of people and/or cargo. This category would include Motorcycles, cars, and cargo transport, whether with a combustion, electric or hybrid engine.br>
Conditioning: Preparation of the vehicle (dollies, unparking,) and any other requirement for attaching the vehicle.
Manoeuvres: All actions required for execution of the service, for example a rescue crane, transshipment, among others.
Light vehicle: Motorised vehicle used for transporting people, with a maximum authorised weight of less than 3,500 kilograms.
Heavy vehicle: Motorised vehicle, used for the transport of people or goods, with a maximum authorised weight of more than 3,500 kilograms.
Special vehicle: cargo, armoured, refrigerated,
Redundant service: Name given to a service that is cancelled by the beneficiary once the towvehicle is already on its way.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE / COVER
If the beneficiary requires the service, it can be requested 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the tow vehicle will be sent after checking the Client's location with the roadside assistance callcentre.
The service is provided according to the vehicle's characteristics and may include all special
equipment necessary for the transfer, in which case it will be quoted with the service..
LIMITS:
* In both cases up to 24 hours before or after the contracted term provided they are within the Tolerance regarding the Check In or Check Out time to the VIDANTA development and the journey to their place of residence has not been completed.
The client may make use of this coverage with 1 event during the effective period of the contracted Plan with preferential rate, said service will be previously quoted so that the Client is aware of the cost and can grant the corresponding authorisation for the service to be provided.
DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE:
The Client will ALWAYS be covered when on National Territory.
- As of KM 50 from their National place of origin* or,
- As of KM 30 from entry by road into National Territory*
* In both cases up to 24 hours before or after the contracted term provided they are within the Tolerance regarding the Check In or Check Out time to the VIDANTA development and the journey to their place of residence has not been completed.

- Vehicles with modifications of any type, different to the original manufacture, if this should directly affect the breakdown.
- When the User is not at the place of the events.
- Vehicles involved in criminal acts.
- When the breakdown is caused by maintenance tasks, servicing or repairs to the vehicle performed by an unauthorised distributor.
- Occurring with malice or bad faith on the part of the beneficiary.
- For weather phenomena of an extraordinary nature, such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions or cyclones.
- For events and/or actions deriving from terrorism, riots or popular uprisings.
- For events and/or actions of the armed forces or security forces or bodies, even if
conducted in times of peace.
- Through poor use or undue use of the vehicle without the beneficiary's consent, as in the case of robbery or abuse of trust.
- When the vehicle can travel autonomously.
- If the driver of the vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs. (search in other exclusions)
- In case of public transport of people.
- Vehicles taking part in sport competitions or training.
- The service cannot be provided on high speed lanes, or middle lanes of main interchanges.
- Note: If for any reason the service is excluded, the move can be made at the beneficiary's risk and expense.
- Any manoeuvre or equipment required for the service to be executed will form part of the quote.
CONDITIONS OF OPERATION AND/OR CLAIMS. - The beneficiary must remain next to the vehicle at all times.
- The service will be provided to the vehicle in conditions that allow the vehicle to be secured, otherwise the manoeuvres may or may not be included in the cost according to the contract.
- Securing may include special conditioning depending on the vehicle's characteristics and location, which will be quoted.
- The additional time required for the service is classified as waiting time, which is charged separately by the service provider.

If once the service has been requested and the quote has been accepted, the Client chooses to cancel the service, said cancellation will have to be made within 15 minutes of the authorisation, after this time it counts as a service accepted by the client exhausting the number of events.
- If the vehicle travels alone it will be have to be inventoried.
- In case of a programmed service, the appointment must be arranged 24 hours in advance.
- For removal of a vehicle that has suffered an accident, the Vehicle's release from the competent authority will be required.
- The vehicle must have no occupants during the move.
- Only one person may be transported in the tow vehicle's cabin.
- Toll fees incurred during the vehicle's transfer will be covered up to the limit of the financial cover.
20. SENDING OF A VEHICLE LOCKSMITH DEFINITION OF THE VEHICLE LOCKSMITH SERVICEArranging for the sending of authorised personnel to open the beneficiary's vehicle in the event
of the keys being left inside.
GLOSSARY Beneficiary: Private individual who by contract is entitled to the service inherent to this
product.
Key: Authorised personnel: Person or group of persons, sent by Mapfre Asistencia, who are specialists in resolving a service
Vehicle: Motorised device for the transport of people and/or cargo. This category would include Motorcycles, cars, and cargo transport, whether with a combustion, electric or hybrid engine.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE / COVER In case of the vehicle's immobilisation because the keys have been left inside, the sending of authorised personnel will be arranged, at no cost exclusively for opening the vehicle, without this deriving in any liability for Mapfre Asistencia. The cost of remakes, repairs or duplicates of
keys will be for the account of the Beneficiary.
LIMITS: The client has 1 event during the contract's effective period with a limit of 50 usd.
DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: The Client will ALWAYS be covered when on National Territory.
- As of KM 50 from their National place of origin* or,
- As of KM 30 from entry by road into National Territory*
* In both cases until 24 hours before the start of the contracted cover, provided that it is within the Tolerance level with respect to the Check In or Check Out time from the VIDANTA
development and the return journey to the place of residence has not concluded.
BENEFICIARIES: Holder registered in the purchase of the Assistance.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Wilful intent or bad faith, false or inexact declaration of the Insured.
- If the key is inside the cylinder.
- When the vehicle is not in the portfolio and ownership of the vehicle cannot be accredited.
- In case of robbery or loss of keys.
- Any key that is not a traditional key.
CONDITIONS OF OPERATION AND/OR CLAIMS
- When the vehicle is not in the portfolio, ownership of same must be demonstrated.
- The cost of replacement or duplicate keys is not included.
- Damage caused as a consequence of having tried to open the vehicle without the assistance of the service provider will not be included.
REFERENCE TO MULTIBRAND REPAIR SHOPS DEFINITION OF THE REPAIR SHOP SERVICEAt the Client's request, updated information will be provided on the nearest Multibrand Repair
Shops or Dealerships for the Client's convenience.
This service will be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year at no costo.

Travel Assistance Cancellation Policy
- Reimbursement Policy. Any cancellation of your Travel Assistance must be made at the latest five days after purchase by calling (52 55) 51 69 37 98 from your country or 01800 890 60 97 from México.
- If the Assistance is not cancelled on time and in accordance with section A of this document, the Client may request that Mapfre keep their certificate valid for a maximum of one year as of the date of purchase for use with the next Vidanta Reservation.
